WHY DO WE RECORD CCTV IMAGES?

Mash Inns Limited considers the use of CCTV a necessary tool to improve the safety of our customers and staff inside our premises and external areas as well as the security of customer and staff vehicles in our car parks.

We may have installed CCTV systems in some of our pubs under the requirements of the Licensing Act 2003.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Routine Images captured by CCTV will not be kept for longer than 31 days. However, on occasions there may be a need to keep images for longer, for example where an incident is being investigated, where it is a condition of a licence and or where we have been asked to or are required to preserve images in connection with anticipated civil or criminal legal proceedings.

WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH?

We will disclose CCTV images to government organisations when required to do so by law or when supporting the Police with their official enquiries.

CCTV images will not be released to the media for entertainment purposes or published on the internet.

DO WE TRANSFER YOUR PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE OF THE UK OR EU COUNTRIES?

CCTV images are captured and processed on computer systems that are located within the UK.
